All regular purchases require:
50 percent deposit of the purchase price at receipt of order
Remaining 50 percent due upon shipping.

All custom order require:
• 10% of the agreed upon price (non-refundable) for research, design, and material acquisition. Project design will be sent in a form of pictures or drawings.
• Upon approval, 40% of the total price is required (non-refundable) to purchase material and accessories; pictures of all stages of the process will be forwarded to you as the project progresses.
• Upon completion of the piece, if for any reason it is not to your liking, you may cancel your order with no further dues, otherwise, the final 50% is due before shipping.
• Payment is accepted by money order or cashier’s check.
• Tax and shipping charges will be added to the total, all sales are final and non-refundable. We ship promptly and charge only our estimated actual cost of shipping to you. NO handling charges or minimum shipping charges.
